        Very easy going and friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable at a stressful process. I also love the way you update the customer on updates with texts and emails. The experience is definitely A1 .communication is great. I havent seen any other shops operate at these type of levels so I commend whoever is training the staff great job you guys have to be number one in the area.

      Good morning James,Thank you for your review.There are many great insurance companies out there.Unfortunately, many consumers buy policies from the "insurers" that spend billions of dollars on marketing.The best insurers are largely unknown (unless a consumer is working with an independent agent) to the public because they don't have the inflated marketing spend that the "largest" insurers have.Interesting that many agents from a well-known large insurer have had their personal vehicles repaired at GCAB (and not a network shop) over the last several years. ;)All the best to you sir,Dominic @ GCAB :)
