Tech came out in a timely manner, I let him know the sensor had been cleaned 2 months ago. He chose to clean it again; within 2 hours my furnace was not working again (Monday). Called the warranty place to have the tech come back out (same Monday) as I took off work. He said he could come Tuesday between 8-9, but I could not take off work again. I was then told someone else would get it in their schedule for Wednesday, never received a response, text the company no response, then Thursday was told they would contact the warranty company, still nothing. Went back to the home warranty company and as of today (Friday), furnace is still not repaired. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTTTTT !!!! HORRIBLE Follow up!!!

This company, recommended to me by Frigidaire for a dishwasher repair, is horrible. They make it impossible to schedule. They are not trying to provide good service.

We purchased Sears warranty and they use this place that is scamming customers and not fixing their appliances. It been since November of 2024 and we are still trying to get our dryer repaired or replaced. Now the last repair guy on February 2024 said he could not fix it, it need to be replaced but he could not put that I until Monday because it was te weekend and scheduled appointment for Monday that they did not keep

The tech had left zip ties and loose screws under the drip pan of my oven after a part exchange for a recall. If there wasn't another recall on the oven I never would have found the zip ties that were MELTING into my oven. No wonder there was a bad smell coming from the oven. Lazy, I wonder what else was messed up with the parts exchange. I would have done it myself the first time, but the warranty would have been voided.
