Aaron is the hidden gem among real-estate brokers in Chicago! He found my dream apartment within a day! I live in Atlanta and wanted to find an apartment with the same amenities + all within the same price range. My sister thankfully recommended Aaron to help source my apartment search. Aaron quickly sent me great listings from the neighborhoods I preselected with all of my "must haves" which were a lot. Throughout the process, I could see he made adjustments based on my feedback and took the time to understand my personality, and suggested other apartments in areas I wasn't aware of. Thank god he did! He has strong negotiation skills and will make sure you get the best deal possible for the dream apartment/home that you want. I ended up finding an apartment and neighborhood that matched my personality which wouldn't have been possible without Aaron!

If You are in Search of a home this is definitely the company you want to use. Ryan was a guiding light for my home search. The original apartment I wanted was taken off the market and Ryan already had great suggestions to keep my search moving forward. I eventually found a unit from his suggestions. He immediately did a tour and was a liaison between myself and the apartment's leasing staff. I was so busy with work but I was able to save time and take advantage of the renting specials because of Ryan's quick responses to my questions. The service was flawless. I would definitely recommend.

Enrique helped me find my apartment in just one day. He was super responsive, suggested amazing apartment buildings with great concessions, helped me prioritize what I needed for my new living space, had a good relationship with each building's leasing office, and made sure to follow up if I had any additional questions. I couple companies were helping me find a new apartment in Chicago. However, Aaron was the most helpful and direct. The ball got moving fast and I was satisfied with the showings enough to apply on the spot. He really respects your time.
