The Elle

Since changing names from the Alta Roosevelt to the Elle, the management has not taken care of the adjacent dog park for which they are responsible. Every spring, there used to be fresh mulch and reseeded grass. Its such a pity for the high cost of rent. They also went all winter without emptying the trash cans in the dog park.

The Elle (formerly Alta Roosevelt) Truly Elevated living experience. Excellent community, dog spa is life-saver, clean and well- maintained amenity areas, friendly staff. Great apartment unit layout, doesn't waste any space, modern interior finish. I just wish they had a rooftop. Apart from no complaints even if I tried to.

EDIT****** Since writing this review, the new management at the elle has really stepped up. They replaced grills on the patio and opened the pool and hot tub with heat. Its been fantastic having working amenities again, something Alta Roosevelt management team never did. Impressed again from this apartment, I recommend. I would like to start the review by saying we love our individual apartment and have never had an issue, staff are great (front door and maintenance). This will be our third summer living in the building and we are hoping to have a heated pool. For the last two, the pool has been freezing cold all summer and jacuzzi doesnt work. I am REALLY hoping they fix the pool and hot tub. I notified the management office of this last fall when they started and this spring. They said they are trying. With the rent we pay, we need to have working amenities. especially due to the fact they never told us the pool and hot tub didnt work in the tour, we were blindsided. Also, the package room is always a mess. I dread having to go down there and sort through a hundred packages to find mine. Looking for new management to fix both of these issues soon.
