Reside on Green Street

Leasing experience. Reached out to leasing and they werent able to accommodate me same day or next next day but did offer to meet 2 days after , unfortunately Im visiting from SF and my schedule is tight but I decided to came by and Steve the front desk did such an amazing job and I appreciate hes help. Unfortunately there werent studios available at the time I came so theres that . Gym is a bit small Area looked safe and clean and theres a Starbucks close by . Tentants look young professional and very nice too.

Ive lived at Green St for a year and its been great! I love having a home I love coming home to and feel safe in. The apartments are in good condition and the amenities are kept clean and accessible. Its easy to meet your neighbors at the regular apartment hosted events. You can walk to Fulton market, river north, and the loop very easily, and the blue line is right outside the front door for easy access to the airport and neighborhoods like wicker park and Logan square! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, up to date, luxury apartment in this area !

John and Steve were extremely helpful on my move in day. I am loving the property so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and all of the common areas are always clean. Looking forward to living here for the next few years.

I've lived at Reside on Green for about 5 years. The location is perfect and it has all of the amenities that I need. The concierge is the best part. Steve and John are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond! And add a personal touch to living in the building. You can really tell that they enjoy what they do and are happy to come to work. Thank you!

Headed into my second year here and I have nothing but great things to say about this community! From the entry way to all of the inside hallways & amenities, the building is always pristine - our daily cleaning crew is just amazing at keeping up with everything. When you place a maintenance request, it is handled the same day or within business hours. Steve & Jon at the front desk are 90% of the reason that I love living here, theyre both very personable & go above and beyond whenever you need something. The property manager, Krystal, has always made time to speak with me when I have needed it. The only reason I didnt give a full five stars is because its nearly impossible to get in touch with someone in upper management or corporate - it seems that they intentionally leave out their emails and phone contacts so that they dont have to deal with issues that are beyond what the property manager can make calls on, which I have never dealt with until moving in here. For potential new renters, I would like to add that upon originally moving in, it took nearly three weeks to get my lease approved & signed, so if you like the building upon touring, make sure that you plan accordingly.
