Scio at the Medical District

I toured this community with my boyfriend as we are thinking about moving into the area, even though we havent made our decision. I will say that our experience with the staff, from front desk to the office were so nice and helpful. This building has some nice amenities, that are not extra which is great. We will definitely consider Scio.

The staff at Scio are so friendly and kind! They will go above and beyond to try and solve any issues you are having/ experiencing. They never ignore any of my emails or calls and always get back to me if they are out of the office. Very pleased with my experience with them!

I've lived here for 2 years now and planning on renewing. The location is very convenient for me and the maintenance staff has been great. I really haven't had much interaction with the management office, but they seem to communicate often and send updates pretty frequently. The neighbors are nice and I love the fitness center and pool.
