Last Saturday I visited The 100 W Chestnut and it was such a GREAT PLACE. Amazing location and views, nice amenities and spacious apartments for a great price. Jaliene (Leasing Consultant) is the BEST. She was welcoming, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. Also very responsive and reliable. Having amazing people like Jaliene while touring the 100 W Chestnut will make you appreciate more this place that you will potentially call home. I highly recommend this place and I bet you will love it!

Id highly recommend renting from this property management and building! The staff is great. The property manager Dajana was extremely helpful and made the move in process as smooth as possible. The front desk people are always extremely friendly and helpful, I love chatting with them too! Finally, couldnt be happier with the maintenance staff as well. I put in a request and they promptly responded and fixed the minor issue. They are also very kind and professional. The units are well kept and the amenities are well managed and clean. Rooftop views are also a huge selling point. The location is hard to beat being in the middle of river north but also having a residential feel. Thanks PPM!

***** RENTERS BEWARE*****Current resident of 100 W. Chestnut. The new property management PPM failed to protect my child. This past week, my 14 year old African American son, who has special needs, was attacked by an adult male resident. My son entered the building after school. This adult male who forgot his key to enter the building felt the need to attack my son because he forgot his key fob. At that time, he used aggressive body language and perfanity towards my son. I reported the incident immediately to Dajana, who is the property manager in the hopes of viewing the security footage of the incident. Dajana viewed the security footage and advised for the safety of the resident, who was the aggressor, she couldn't release the identity of the perpetrator. This building has failed the safety of my son. I advised anyone who have kids not to move here. Aggressive adults are protected and not children.
