One of best places to live in Chicago. It sits right by the beautiful river walk, surrounded by lots of famous architectures. You can get bored here.

The elevator is super slow, we literally lost an Uber because we couldnt get an elevator back to the ground floor in five minutes.

You ever pay $3,000.00-4,000.00/mo for a relatively "luxury apartment" only to have the hot tub shutdown for 4+ weeks (will update once fixed...as it's been 3 weeks with "at least 1 week" more to re-do tiles which they had 3 weeks to do). There's plenty of luxury apartments around here I don't recommend this place. I miss 727 W Madison/Buzzuto and their professionalism. This is fake luxury. Literally hundreds of luxury apartments within 1 mile radius with same rent. There's also water damage from upstairs. Ticking time bomb. Also the ecobee thermostat sucks (go Google Nest) & door lock doesn't lock 80% of the time so you stand there having to troubleshoot it for 5 minutes every time you want to leave your house. Front desk & maintenance staff are nice. Shout-out to Nicole, Mayo, etc. Otherwise this place is a bit scammy. They also won't tell you all the units they have available to try and make it look more competitive but if you wait like a week you'll see better deals they don't tell you about on your first visit (very not transparent). Find another "luxury" apartment this is not it
