Catherine Court Apartments

Moved here a month back. Few problems: -Spiders, roaches - water maintenance is two times a month which leads to shut down of water and it is very inconvenient!! This is not ok for someone who wants to take shower, use restroom during this shut time!! Update: Also the heating system is not working during this freezing winter.

One star is only for maintenance people, everything else is a huge zero, especially office and management.

If u planning to move, never come here especially in 8503 building. This apartment has a very bad and rude management system. Also, you will lost your all packages and they never solve the problems. The building smells like garbage and there are cockroaches everywhere. The worst apartment Ive ever seen.

I dont get the reviews, Ive lived here 3 years and I have never had a problem. It is quiet and no problem in building. Area is nice and easy access to transportation.

I've been living here since 2022. Super tired of bedbugs and cockroaches. The building smells so bad, especially old and dirty carpets on the corridors. It needs renovation. Basically garbage. Can someone tell me how easily I can stop the contract with the management?
