Moment Apartments

I moved into Moment in May; the experience, from touring units to moving in and living here for the past 6 months, has been great. Gus is so friendly and so helpful; he goes out of his way to make himself available to residents (and their dogs!). The door staff and maintenance staff are also friendly, responsible, and responsive. The amenities and location cannot be beat. I am always amazed how quiet (and spacious) my 3rd floor unit is. Highly recommend this building!

The staff here is phenomenal!!! Especially Julie, Gus and Brandon in the management office! They are always so helpful and prompt with anything you need, and take pride in what they do with a SMILE always! I have lived here for two years and always feel welcomed when I leave for work and come home by the concierge, it's a very genuine "home" feeling at the moment! Amenities are a plus as well :) Highly recommended!!!

Just moved in recently and have had a great experience so far. Overall, the staff is responsive, friendly, and helpful. The amenities and other apartment building areas are always kept clean and the residents are very nice! The apartment units are up to date, well constructed and maintained. Highly recommend living here!

Truly love this place and everyone in it. I’ve been at Moment for 3+ years now and would stay forever if home ownership wasn’t calling my name. From day one, Gus and Takara have been responsive, kind and generous. They, their counterparts in Leasing and all other building staff very often go out of their way for you. Special shout out to Carlos, Déjà, Michael and Manny too! They’ve somehow made this big building feel small and very much like home. The building and apartments are very well-designed and thoughtfully made. The gym has everything you could need (that most other buildings don’t offer like a barbell for lifting that’s not just the smith machine), a locker room with a sauna, and ample common areas for relaxing/work/meeting (that are separate from the pet amenities in case you’re allergic/just not keen). The pandemic has meant fewer resident events but we love the virtual demos and drop-by happy hours they implemented to keep us safe and happy. Highly highly recommend and will miss this place.
