If we're lucky in life, we get a beautiful opportunity to live somewhere that helps us fall in love with our surroundings and discover more about ourselves. 330 was that place for me. I felt safe and welcomed in the building, and management did a fantastic job at building a community of residents by hosting excellent and engaging events, maintaining common areas super tidy, and offering top-notch amenities. The rooftop views of Chicago (America's greatest city, in my humble opinion) are unbeatable. Every member of the staff, from maintenance to security and all of the above, are respectful and kind individuals who deserve all the best. Thank you 330 for marvels of a lifetime!

330 S Wells was the perfect apartment. The amenities are great. The rooftop kitchen, outdoor patio are amazing. 330 allows you to reserve the lounges on the 5th and 16th floor for parties/events which was a great add on. Our fully renovated unit was gorgeous. Stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. 330 had it all. Lastly, the management team was great. Thanks Martha and Tiffany for making my time at 330 the best time ever.
