I wish I could give this place -0 review. The property manager Gloria Dougherty is very rude and unprofessional. She does not take calls, yet tells her workers to advise she is not available. Gloria is extremely rude to her workers, while using foul language when conversing with them. I suggest that her current and past employees get together and file a class action suit against Titan Security. First step should be reporting her to the EEOC. If this company continues to hold her accountable due to the fact that she is their oldest employee, they also should be held accountable for her actions and how she has treated past and present employees.

RENTERS BEWARE! The other good reviews must be fake, because this is the worst place to live in Chicago. The apartments are outdated, and management is the absolute worst to deal with. Trust me, STAY AWAY!

The good things about this building are the location, doormen are very nice, and the pool. Other than this, I would NOT recommend living here to my worst enemy. I could write a novel about living here but just going to narrow it down to a few for this review: - The windows leak in a ton of rain (I'm talking about multiple buckets worth of rain which soaks into the carpet) - Mold is growing in the ceiling, maintenance just painted over it - Maintenance is very responsive, however they will enter your apartment like it is a hotel room. For example I will just walk into my living room and there is a maintenance man in there with absolutely no warning. - One time there was a showing happening in our apartment with future tenants with no warning - There are 3 elevators, however at least 1 is always out of service - sometimes 2. Takes forever to get up and down When I moved in I read all of the good reviews so I just wanted to share my experience for future tenants! Good luck if you do choose to move in.

*Only did lease/showing/application process didnt actually live there. 1.) Management - Gloria was a great apartment manager and super helpful with all questions I had. She showed me all units available that would best suite my specific needs. She was very honest too. 2.) Units - The studio units are older and a tad bit ran down, but decent. Lots of closet storage! The ceiling to floor windows are a nice touch as well. 3.) Location - Amazing and worth it if you can get on the cheaper side of rent if youre counting your pennies. 4.) Tip: Dont apply unless you really really want a unit in this apartment. They dont refund you your application fee and they avoid refunding you it if your application doesnt fully meet requirements. And the property manager goes quiet during this process as well - thats my only complaint.
