I've been coming here for over 25 years and will not be coming back. The vet needs to chill out or go on vacation. Not sure why you have to yell at me or pound on surfaces multiple times when attempting to go over the chain of events i went over 5 times, leading to why i came in with my cat. In which every time he did this not only did he make me anxious but my cat really scared too. To top it off, the vet didn't even have the story straight as to why i came in (i explained 5 times). I'm an adult, do you have an issue with treating ppl with respect? You spoke to me like I was a child in trouble and weren't listening to anything, kept cutting me off and this was such a terrible experience. You used to be a good vet. I drove 25 mins out of my way to see you bc you always helped me and my family but this will be the last time. I will never recommend you to anyone. I have never walked out of a vet clinic crying with no answers because you're clearly having a bad day and are rushed and taking it out on people who were loyal to you. Please take a vacation.
