The worst ER! I never had an issue in this hospital Im guessing its just this shift. The lady in front that supposed to be a nurse has a whole attitude for no reason. I honestly dont know why they have people working in here like that. If it was up to me I wouldve give me 0 stars. I wouldnt recommend this place. People in here are worser then me and they act like they dont care about the patients.

Been here since 2pm- car accident and cut finger. It is now 9:30 and the only that seems to be doing their job right is the night shift security guard who happens to see us putting our mask down. With all the money that goes into this place their would be better cleaning rotations, a better turn around for patients. I am convinced they have only one doctor and 15 nurses working. The picture below is only one area. The blankets are from 3 different patients that were called after atleast 7 hours of waiting. Bathrooms are disgusting. Spent $40 on coffee and a sweet x2 and not to mention the excruciating parking rates. Just go to Stroger atleast their they will help you with the ridiculous cost.

Nurses completely disrespectful towards patients in the waiting room as well as the ER. over 12 hour wait, snarky nurses who will make you wait if you give them attitude, and treat you like a psych patient when you are having an anxiety attack and confiscate everything from you Will never go to this hospital again!!!

Due to their negligence during our prenatal care, they botched an ultrasound and our daughter was born 3 months early back in 2006. She was born with cerebral palsy as a result. After years of litigation they still deny accountability and used my now 16 year old daughters Tik Tok against her in court claiming since she can use her hands to operate a smart phone, all is well. Well, social media works both ways so now I'm using it to tell my daughters story. Between the prenatal care we got from Northwestern and their "partner" Erie Family Health, our daughter has a lifetime of hardship that could have been prevented if everyone involved had done their job efficiently. Go anywhere else for your prenatal needs if you want to give your baby a good start in life. 1,000 negative stars if I could.
