Great location, clean and tons of variety. However, every single employee looks miserable. So unfriendly and uninviting. Croissants tasted old and just slightly warmed up. The cold brews were nothing special, either. There is better in the area, with much friendlier service. Pass up on this location if you can.

First-timer, location isn't really laid out well for any number of people. We kind-of formed a line but really with was just order where you can. Baked goods had flies/gnats flying around so I skipped them. Service was uneven. Staff were super nice and wanted to be helpful, but then would never come back. Happened multiple times; thought I was being punked. Downtown prices. Will stick to either the hotel restaurant or Dunkin.

The red velvet brownie frosted cookie was yummy, and it reminds me of Crumbl Cookies but better. While the spinach and parmesan croissant was buttery and crispy on the outside, the filling was cold which was not ideal. The inside of the caf was nicely decorated and there were plenty of options to order to-go.

Everything is good, but it wouldn't hurt to act like you appreciate your customers. Every time I go, they're all acting like they're just clock punchers. Sorry you have to interact with the public.
