The technician arrived and determined right away that we needed our HOA to remove the screens from our outside dryer vents before he could clean the dryer vent. He came back a few days later to clean the dryer vent and heating ducts. He cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly and explained the process to us, even showing us all of the lint material that had been removed from the vent. He was very professional and left our house in a state of disarray. Matts Duct Cleaning was recommended by our HVAC company, and we were very pleased with the price and the quality of service.
