They quickly identified the issue and devised a novel solution to a difficult repair problem. They thoroughly cleaned the ducts and under our dryer and thoroughly explained everything to me. I almost never write a public review but for Dawson Air Duct Cleaning Im making an exception. We were very pleased with the customer service, attention to detail and friendly interaction that we experienced when they cleaned our dryer vent. They called the evening before to confirm the appointment and arrived the next day at the right time. The work they did was well done and efficient and they cleaned up the area behind the dryer before they left. The price was competitive and I have scheduled to have them return next year to clean it again. I recommend them to you for your work. Cordial and organized staff who obviously care about doing a good job! They received my call for cleaning air ducts of my town home, explained me the services offered and the price. Gave me an appointment within 2 days. They arrived on time as promised and cleaned the air ducts, also gave me suggestions on how to keep the dust from collecting and how to clean going forward. A week later, my eyes are no longer irritated. Thanks guys!

Mike is such an amazing technician! We couldnt have asked for anyone better to come out and clean our ducts. He let us know everything he was doing every step of the way. Any question we had, he answered! He explained what was wrong with the ducts, then went on to tell us how he would get them clean, and got straight to work. His work area stayed clean the whole time.
