My boiler stopped working suddenly and I contacted a company who has been supposedly servicing the unit on a yearly basis. They spent 10 minutes looking at the boiler before I was told it was irreparable and needed to be replaced. I wanted another opinion so I reached out to MIRON. They came out same day to assess and were able to get it light so told me they would try to clear the buildup before confirming the boiler could not be fixed. The following day, the technician came and cleaned the carbon build up in the boiler, replaced one part, and it is now working perfectly. The technician explained everything to me clearly with photos and left my basement neat and tidy. The repair cost 10% of what the other guys wanted to charge me to needlessly replace the entire unit! IObviously, I'm done with the other guys and MIRON will be handling all of my HVAC service going forward.
