Stellar Heating and Cooling

My technician was very thorough and professional throughout the service call. I ended up needing to replace my tankless hot water heater. Even though that wasnt the news I was hoping for Im thankful that he identified a scary issue that could have resulted in carbon monoxide being released into my home.

I called Stellar Heating and Cooling because my a/c was blowing warm air. They scheduled someone to come out the next day. Jake was great, very pleasant, and explained everything he was doing. Olivia in customer service was also very pleasant. Along with great service I appreciate great customer service as well. I will definitely call Stellar Heating and Cooling again and recommend them.

They got me back on the schedule for a consultation ASAP after I canceled, thinking the problem was resolved. Jake Ines did his stuff, made a quick diagnosis and had work done in an hour tops. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Stellar Heating and Cooling.

This is the 2nd time we have replaced our heating and cooling system and the third heating and cooling company we have dealt with. From discussing our needs and recommending a system through the installation process this company knows their stuff. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and the work was meticulously performed. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Called on Sunday about 2:00 to set up an appointment on Monday; to my surprise they said they could send someone out in a little while. About 5:00 tech showed up. Looked over my AC unit inside and out and gave me some very useful information. I was more than pleased with all the information he gave me as well as not being pushy while discussing my options. Would recommend this company to others.
