        The service was great. He was able to come out within an hour of my call.They found out what was wrong with my Boiler and fixed it within an hour. The price was very reasonable. They are professional and provide great service I recommend Browns heating and cooling. They will be my go to hvac service. Thank you

        Back in October, our furnace stopped working. The person we usually called was no longer available. We searched Yelp and found Browns Heating & Cooling. We set a date and time. On the day of, they informed us they were 15 mins away. Arrived on time. Checked our furnace and informed us of options: buy new furnace or temporary fix. We weren't in the position to buy a new furnace, so Ramod did a diagnostic and fixed the issue. Ramod advised us the fix could probably get us through the winter, which by then we should be able to purchase a new furnace. We would definitely go with Browns on all our future heating and cooling problems because they were professional, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were efficient.

      Hi sorry you feel that the pricing was more than the service charge should be. The $239 is a standard charge for a radiator vent replacement. We also quoted you the amount for the repair before making said repair and you agreed to the pricing. It’s charged at that pricing specifically because typically when removing those old vents they break due to the age and corrosion. This is exactly what happened while removing your vent. The technician spent 3 hours working on getting the radiator repaired. So while he may have been at your home physically for 1 hour he spent a lot more time searching for the part to repair the radiator. 3 hours for $239 is below national and local hvac rates. Hope this helps.
