Kelli E. Davenport: Allstate Insurance

I made a switch from Insurance companies for my home and autos. I had inquiries in with many but ultimately I called Gloria who has always been very educated, helpful, nice, honest in quotes and coverage. I was saddened to hear when she left my previous insurance company. Gloria is very informative and she quickly responds and took the time to answer all my questions. She was patient and an excellent communicator and professional that needs to be recognized because a person of this caliber is hard to find these days. I chose Allstate because of Gloria even though other companies were cheaper but excellent customer service matters! She is awesome and because of that, my choice was easy!

I had a great experience today with representative name Gloria. She was able to address my concerns and actually saved me some money on my auto insurance plan. I appreciate her going the extra mile. Great customer service as well. I would highly recommend using Kelly Davenport for your home and auto insurance.

I like to go inside and know who I'm talking with ,you are always on lunch the doors are locked always I don't care what time it is. You can be afraid of your clients. I have to go to another Allstate office. I am so sick of this treatment

As a long time client, I was getting a little frustrated after unsuccessfully reaching out to make some changes to one of my policies and just when I was about to give up, Gloria D. answered the phone and having worked with her before I knew that everything would be okay! She is incredibly professional, empathetic, resourceful, and a great listener AND communicator. She took the time to get the information she needed from me, assessed my needs and wants and took care of my request within a few minutes.
