Cash for Cars! Horrible from start to finish, which was never achieved. Do not waste your breath or time on these so- called business people. There are far better options anywhere else, to getting some real professionals to handle the selling of your car. I had multiple calls, and texts, and an offer that I was somewhat happy with. Yes a little under what I could get, and I knew that but I accepted the terms and proceeded to set up a pick up. It was a complete waste of my time, and I waited all day for them to arrive. I gave specific directions to make it easy, and the driver told me, he was about an hour out from arriving. He never called back or had the courtesy to tell me, they thought it was a little far ( 1 hour away), and that now, he could only offer a little more than half of what was discussed. Of course, this only came to light after I had to call the driver after 5 hours of waiting all day, to see if he was lost, or broken down. Its just simply ridiculous, poor business, poor customer service, and poor managing everything, -0 rating. It amazes me they can even call themselves a legit business. Its a total joke folks, so beware, stay away from, and use anyone else, as there are plenty of these types of businesss that are real, and willing to do GOOD business. Not this company!! I also did get more than I expected from another source, of course, and these guys really lost out, on an excellent deal! Umme, C4C representative, was super helpful and guided me through the process. She made sure my husband and I were well prepared and followed up on all questions I had. She is patient, kind and very professional. Even the gentleman, Marland, from the towing company was friendly and efficient . We received our check on the spot.
