        If I could have done 0 stars, I would! Please save your time and money; you will be disappointed. I reached out to this company for seeding and got heartache and regret. They came to my property and performed a service without my knowledge, expecting payment. They claimed I didnt request advance notification before I received my first application, which did not meet my desired results. I contacted them with my concerns but did not get good customer service. As much as I do not like Tru Green, they are worse. After being harassed regarding payment for an application I did not request, I called and paid because it seems they need to perform unrequested applications to keep the company open.

        Pay association fees for lawn care and they skip my yard 2 out of 3 times. Very unprofessional. Money well spent. Update: As of 8/21/2023 they have got worse. If you want aggravation and terrible results, call Andy's, they can help!!! Service: Landscaping maintenance

      Based upon the customer lead form, you reached out to us for a lawncare estimate and analysis. In turn we provided you a bid for 2 applications of fertilization with weed control, double core aeration, and over seeding as your lawn is struggling with a fungus and weeds. We received an approval over email to proceed with 2 applications of fertilization and weed control. No additional services were approved or done. There was a miss communication problem on both parties. You have paid for services rendered. However, I do not understand the need for you mentioning your lawyer to get out of paying your invoice. We strive for good communication and services and am sorry we failed in accordance to you. We wish you good luck in the future and Merry Christmas.
