It wasn't the prettiest presentation as I kept the turkey tented too long and it never crisped up but the meat was so fresh and flavorful and I hope to never have to resort to getting my turkey anywhere else! I've recently started ordering from Timberfeast and have found everything to be of the highest quality and I look forward to trying to help support this farm as much as I'm able.
