Jon and Lori were amazing to work with. Very honest and fair with there service program. My husband had a mower problem and they picked it up fixed it. Took him a week to get the parts and delivered it for free!!! Amazing job with service. Would highly recommend for service and sales!!

I called Chatham Commercial Mowers and Equipment when my snow blower wouldnt run. John came to my house, picked it up, fixed it, and returned it to my house all in the same day! Excellent customer service!

I had an overall excellent experience with Chatham Commercial Mowers. I called a few other places first and they all were over a month out to get my mower serviced, and many took a long time to get back to me. John responded right away when I called and came and picked up my mower at my house very quickly after speaking to him. He got back to me with an estimate within a couple days, and everything was finished in about one week (and there were a lot of items to take care of). John even set me up with someone who came out and cut my grass while my mower was being serviced. John dropped off my mower at my house and explained everything that he did, and after I looked things over, I could tell he was very thorough and took care of every last thing my mower needed. His prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Chatham Commercial Mowers to anyone in Chatham or the surrounding area who needs service done.

John is the definition of an honest local business. He looked at my mower, cleaned it, and found that the issue would be covered on my warranty serviced at another shop. He charged me absolutely nothing for everything he did. Will definitely back for servicing needs and any future purchases.
