Plywood mats were laid(hints the flattened grass in the pics) and permission was given by u to use your yard as access. I received one voicemail from you saying "to call you" and not stating a specific problem. I've called you 3 times, knocked on your door with no response, and even left a voicemail right after the job was done offering you roll your yard or till and seed the whole yard if u had any concerns. I only found out there was a problem because your neighbor had called me and said u came over with the rudest attitude complaining about sawdust in your yard. We went back the next day and re-raked your entire back yard. I never received any other calls or attempts by you to reach me to let me know what you wanted me to do about fixing anything else u thought was wrong(to either roll it or till it). After seeing this review(3 weeks after the job btw), I even went by you house yet again to try to resolve your "trashed yard" since you never return any of my calls. I was greeted with some extremely childish responses by you and was told that u didn't want anything fixed. In 3 years of business I've never had anything but 5 star reviews, and never a single problem with any neighbor. I think the pictures you've posted will help prove the extremely minimal "damage(flattened grass)". By listening to your neighbors experiences with you and now finally being able to talk to you in person, it is very clear the type of person you are. You even had someone who lives in Michigan, post a 1 star review pretending to be your neighbor and complaining for you.REPLY TO YOUR UPDATED COMMENT: As to the permission aspect, you were contacted the night before, and someone was home at ur house all day, youve admitted that already. Besides that Mr. Garza, I'm gonna chose to be done replying to someone petty enough to rally friends from out of state to create slandering, lie-filled reviews.
