Storage Express

I have used this place a total of three times now since my first review several years ago and Ive loved every experience! The longest length of time we rented a unit was for almost two years when we moved away for work and the most recent time is this year (we just rented a unit a day ago actually). Each time Ive never had an issue and everyone is always so nice. The only real change Ive seen from a few years ago to now is a bit of an increase in prices but its not egregious. I think the increase is understandable and within reason, all things considered. And when I rented for nearly two consecutive years our rent only increased twice, but it wasnt insane. It was worth it because when we got back our stuff was safe and all there. Side note, theres always been a lot of dead insects (spiders and crickets mainly) but the good sign is that theyre dead. So it doesnt bother us. Other things to note: theres always been a one-time facility fee and you have to pay an additional amount for insurance if you dont already have it (it starts at $11 as of January 2024). My first review from three years ago still holds true so please give it a read: I used this place a year ago and knew I had to go back. The facility is clean, they do a great job trying to keep the critters away (which can be difficult considering the location), and I was never worried about my belongings. Signing up for a locker on both occasions was easy and closing out my account (when I did the first time a year ago) was hassle free. There are no hidden fees but there is a one time facility fee when you first rent and you do have to pay for insurance through them (unless you have your own). Some other things to note: I do appreciate the amount of security there (cameras and a gate are on the property and you need a code to enter). Also, someone was always available when I called to sign up, close out or ask general questions, and each person was incredibly helpful and friendly. Finally, I did notice that they tend to be priced slightly higher than other locations in my area, however you dont get the same amenities at other locations and it definitely is a bang for your buck if youll excuse the cliche. 10/10 recommend.

The process of renting a storage unit was easy and convenient for me. I was able to get everything done over the phone !!! Great customer service agent as well
