There's no pricing listed for online ordering. Have to go thru telephone directions to get a person to tell me the cost before ordering. The delivery people are excellent.

I would have given a 5 Star review as our propane delivery gentleman is absolutely fantastic. In fact, every person I've met with face-to-face has been fantastic. Customer service and billing is terrible - doesn't even deserve 1 Star. I currently have 2 tanks that Ferrellfas has filled for several years in my name at my address (my mother passed away, so I inherited hers, hence 2). 15+ years ago, my ex-husband and I had Ferrelgas fill a tank 1 time, paid the bill and used said propane until we got divorced and he took possession of the house and tank. Apparently my name is still on an account for an outstanding bill that he didn't pay, for $800+/-. After 14 years, they've decided to come after me for the balance and have given me no way to resolve this other than pay the bill, which I refuse to do. The customer service people that keep calling me can't do anything and tell me to call another number which continually tells me to leave a message and someone will call back. When I do that, the same department calls me and can't do anything. It's a messy rabbit hole I just want out of!! Maybe you should only fill tanks with your expensive propane for people whose names are actually on the account. Write it off and deal with it, Ferrellgas!! Oh, I'm writing this review because Ferrellgas actually sent me an email asking about my last experience with this and the link sent me to their Google reviews. You asked, I replied!

The driver was very nice. He came in and filled our tank and talked to me when he brought the ticket to me.
