Phone call after phone call, no response. Cracks in walls, cabinet doors don't line up, paint on walls bubbling up,wrong kitchen counters put in, they used a flat paint in bathroom which IS NOT a good thing.These are a few problems. Many more., But don't get response from Bill D. You would think that a builder would want to address problems, but not this one. Also, Drakes IS NOT BBB accredited. DO NOT GO TO DRAKES HOMES. The worst experience is dealing with them, next to my home burning down. It's been 2 yrs and several issues still haven't been fixed. I feel they took advantage of us, especially when we had to continue going to their office and we were treated like suckers. It's been 2 1/2 yrs now.Feel free to contact me and I'll be glad to show you around this house and why you should NOT go to this company ..Wood trim at bottom of walls falling off, chips in the wood trim around bathroom window, carpet cut to fit is cut where it's now shredding. The holes cut for vents over cut. Cracks above doorway still cracking up, now going sideways. Now, less than 2 and half yrs in this house, now the wall to wall carpet is coming apart where attached to another area. Why won't You help us Bill ? Please come here and see the problems. Also, new areas in doorway arches are cracking up to wall AGAIN.
