        Worst Trash service ever! I have wasted so much time calling them again and again! We have had them for maybe 6-8 months and its horrible. I have never had to call any other trash service other than to pay a bill. 1. They have told me since I started service with them you cant pay your bill in advance. It wasnt offered to our area. Today I was told we could pay that and they would apply a credit to our account. 2. I have had random late charges. I pay every time they send a bill. I pay pretty much as soon as I get the bill in the mail. 3. We had over 3 weeks of missed service. I had to call multiple times to be told someone would come and they never showed up. After about 4-5 calls they said they would credit my account for the month they never did. I called today and they said they only credited 1 week! They picked up no ones trash in the whole town! Thats insane. 4. I asked today why I am being over charged on my bill (again) they said they do an automatic price increase every December! LMAO I am now sitting on hold to see what they will do but I am going somewhere else. Enough of my time energy and effort is wasted. We did not pick this service they bought out our old trash service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

        Horrible, paid and started services weeks ago. Still waiting for delivery of trash and recycling cans. No one from WM has contacted me, I had to call them few days and see what was going on AND I'm still waiting for them to dropped off to my house. Already paid and everything, they already started a billing cycle for services I can't even use so how is that possible????
