We have 4 bedroom 2 bath apartments, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments on Grant Street (right across the street from the rec center), and a 4 bedroom 2 bath, 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath duplex on 11th street (north of Greek Court). Locally owned and operated for 10 years and we strive to provide clean and well maintained properties.

This is the most unprofessional housing agency I've ever experienced in my life. My roommates and I are college students at Eastern Illinois University and she made the living experience the most unpleasant thing I've experienced in Charleston thus far. The landlord would do things like come into our residence unannounced, let other tenants make a pig stay of the apartment complex outside, and have pets which were not allowed. Our apartment was left clean with no damage, we had a perfect check out yet she refused to give us our security deposit back. She takes advantage of college students and I do not recommend anyone to do business with her.
