As someone who has struggled with their weight my entire adult life, I had tried everything out there to lose weight and could never sustain it. I started working with Shawn in September 2022 doing his 12 week program and had great results - 35 pounds lost. More importantly, I continued to follow his program and over the next 5 months, lost an additional 45 pounds! And a year later, I have kept the weight off and most importantly, have created a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain. This program was life changing for me and I cannot recommend it enough to those that are committed to making a healthy, sustainable change to their life.

Shawn is great, and so is his weight loss plan! I lost over 30 pounds in 12 weeks! It took a few days to adjust to the eating schedule, but after that there were no issues. I hadnt been working out for a while, so I struggled with it, but Shawn was very good at supporting me through it. This has changed many of my habits for the better!

Shawn is an absolute genius and gem of a human. His program is about so much more than weight. It's about taking control back of your health - both mental and physical. He's an amazing accountability partner, support and friend. Trust me - if you work with Shawn your life will be changed for the BETTER. I've never looked or felt so fantastic, and I am truly grateful.
