During a drop off of items to recycle, my 5yr old granddaughter accidentally locked us out of our car. It was pouring down rain, so we sought help. I have to say that absolutely everyone on their staff that we encountered were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond. They even provided us with shelter and entertainment for my granddaughter while we waited to be rescued. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I switched to Illini Recycling because I didnt want to think about my trash service- I just wanted reliable pickups. Now we GET to think about our trash service because they show up at the same time each week and waive to my kids. Without fail. Their service is great. The totes are huge and sturdy. I wish I would have switched to them sooner.

Very unprofessional, and terrible individuals, was cursed out by the so called owner. The guy literally speaks like he has 2 brain cells.

Within 3 years of using this company I have had to call, easily, over 15 times to have my trash and/or recycling picked up at curbside even though I put my cans out the night before pick up (with my work schedule the pick up day works out perfect and I can honestly say I do not forget to put my cans out the night before). A few weeks ago the garbage truck (not recycling) switched from a person tossing the can's contents into the truck to an automated truck. No matter where I put my cans in the assigned area for pick up my mail box was hit. I don't have picture or video evidence to ask they replace it, but it literally is damaged more only after the trash day and now needs replacing. I have switched companies and hope for better outcome moving forward.
Responding to owner as it won't let me reply.. that sounds like a wonderful policy. However, when I reported my cans being broken by the company through out the 3 years (that I had actually witnessed) I was told there is no evidence to show the weather didn't destroy them and asked if I had evidence.
