        Rented 5x5x10 Temperature controlled indoor unit . Rental rate $38.00 a month + $25 admin fee. After renting for 6 months, rental rate went up to $50.00 a month. Had to change storage facilities. I would understand the rate going up if everything were working, but their 'Security Gate' is broken and hasn't been fixed. (I don't think they will ever fix it.)
