god save these employees. food is typical for the chain IF you even get it, but ultimately i'd recommend going somewhere else for a quick lunch.
anyway for when potbellys leaves their automated response, please know i'm way more worried for the workers involved than my customer experience. is there a way we can make these peoples' job less miserable? like maybe new managers or better staffing?

Do not go here. They are not a legitimate company. They won't pay you for hours worked. The regional director and area director have no clue what they are doing. Eat at your own risk
