Crown recently installed a new roof and gutters on my house and put in new skylights in various rooms. It was one of the largest home improvement projects I have ever undertaken, and I was anxious about finding the right contractor. I had many concerns about costs, timelines, and potential disruptions and I became quickly reassured that the project was in good hands. The project manager, Dillon Shupe, was a knowledgeable, reliable, and consistent point of contact throughout the project. I appreciated the quality of his communications, his forthright answers, the realistic expectations he set up, his diligent follow-up, and his attention to questions I posed. Joe and Paul completed the skylight installations, and they too impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to the outcome of their efforts. Dakota put the finishing touches to the project and ensured the new painting blended perfectly with the existing paint. The entire team seemed to care about doing a great job. They were mindful about being efficient about completion times and minimizing construction mess and disruptions. Equally importantly, they were approachable and friendly. My experience with Crown on this project was unequivocally positive and I would not hesitate to approach this team for a future project and recommend them to family and friends!

Unprofessional. Nobody showed up to my scheduled apt. Had to go there in person to reschedule my apt since nobody would answer the phone. Took Colton a week and half to get back with me on a quote.

These guys were great! I needed a new back porch on my house as the one I had was falling in. I received a good price compared to a few quotes from competitors. They stayed on top of communication very well and got the project done quickly. They have definitely earned my business again in the future. Highly recommend!
