horrible customer service. Did not communicate when he was coming out, gave the excuse of logistics. My family and I have been without HOT water for 2 weeks and now it will be 5 more days IF he even comes out. I have a daughter that goes to U of I and the travel time is a 1 hour and 23 minutes he states that it was not worth his time to drive 2 hours for one service JOB. Very poor ethics. Wish we never used this company, NOW we are stuck. Service: Water tank installation

I called and thier first question was who are you, no hello, no this is Berner Plumbing, nothing. Just an annoyed old man. After asking me what town I was in and what my name was and whether I'm a homeowner or contractor and a bunch of other nonsense I was finally allowed to ask about services. Instead of giving an estimate of when they come out or how much it would cost, I was given a lecture. Then at the end of his lecture, after wastin my time, he says I'm busy for the next two weeks anyway.... I just hung up. AND HE CALLED ME BACK. He called me back angrily and asked me if I was a licensed plumber and ranted at me and then hung up. avoid at all costs save yourself the b.s. and time If you disagree with him about anything he might harass you

Person who answered the phone had poor customer service. I asked if a plumber was available this morning. They said I don't know who you are or where you are calling from. I told them. They asked if I was a home owner or contractor, and I answered home owner. They said no we do not have any plumbers available. There was no offer for future help. They didn't ask me for my name and number, they just told me in an annoyed tone that they didn't know my name and number. Ive called 6 plumbers this morning and the person who answered this call was the worst. That said, I have no idea what their plumbing is like. They could be the best in town, but now I'll never know.
