Roxanne is so amazing with Bentley! She communicates well to confirm the appointment with you, and is very welcoming when we drop off our dog. She sends me updates while she is grooming our dog, and he always looks so clean and happy when I pick him up!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Roxanne is the absolute best! She works with 5 of our dogs, and they are all different - from a Husky mix, to a German Shepherd, to a long-haired Dachshund, to a Border Collie, to a toy Poodle, she does it all. Young and old, easy and hard, Roxanne always delivers a beautiful and pampered pet. She goes above and beyond all the time and is a great person!

Roxanne takes such good care of my dog, Bonnie. She's a dirt-loving little girl whose favorite place outside is a pile of leaves. Despite constant brushing, it doesn't take much for her to look like a mess. Roxanne trimmed her short, but not too short, and she looks great. Would highly recommend.
