        This place is very unprofessional. It is also a very dirty,smelly place to leave your babies. They lost one our dogs the first morning they were there.

        Had the worst experience bringing my dogs here. Got a call a couple days before my vacation ended saying my puppy was limping. Finally was able to get her into the vet and found out she had broken some bones in her paw. How this happened I will continue to wonder because no one from pet palace seems to know either. Thousands on dollars later surgery is done and she is healing. Wouldnt wish this upon anyone. Took my pets here feeling confident they would receive excellent care. Feel like they were neglected. Not only that but the response I received when I had told pet palace was inappropriate and careless.
