        Super disappointed. I tipped 25% with a single, simple request. I asked that the driver bring the bag up one set of stairs (12 steps) and set it down anywhere, I'd grab it from there. As an able bodied person, this takes somewhere between 2 and 2.5 seconds to accomplish. I tipped almost $10 on a $14 order and all for this small favor. Which, as one of Jimmy John's handicapped customers, really ends up being a GIANT favor! It's the difference between the 20 minutes of excruciating pain it's going to take me to go to the door (where they dropped the bag) and the negligible effort it would have taken the driver. Like I said, super disappointed. As for the sandwiches? I think maybe Jimmy John's has taken a hit from the economy (and COVID, maybe)? The meat was awfully sinew-y (gristle-y), and the bread didn't seem fresh.
