    Very disappointed with the service! Told me I was going to get all this help with my symptoms but when my results came back normal they told me to go about my way. Well thanks for nothing....oh wait! I guess you did give me a nice fat medical bill to leave with! I wouldn't recommend this place .....its a joke! Thanks for nothing.

    I am very disappointed with the services! I was excited and hopeful they could help me with my sleep and was told the initial visit was 60 minutes and cost $240. The NP was late, which didn't bother me, but then didn't look through the extensive packet of paperwork they had me fill out and bring to my appointment. She gave me a prescription and I was out in 15 minutes. It took a few days to get the RX called in, which I thought was a bit slow, but nothing I was bothered by. After about 2 weeks on the medication, I was having side effects and called the office several times with no return call. When I finally did get to talk to the receptionist, she said they were just going to switch me to a different form of the same medication so I asked if the NP thought that would decrease my side effects. She said she wasn't sure and I could schedule a follow up appointment for $125. I told her that I would not do that since I was billed for a 60 minute initial visit and seen for 15. She told me that a nurse would call me to go over the new RX. After a week and no call back, I did call again and left yet another message. A few hours later I got a call from the pharmacy (not the RN as I was told it would be since the RX now had to go to a specialty pharmacy and the RN was to explain that to me). When I received my EOB from my insurance company, I called to clarify the charge (to see if new patient visits are untimed or timed charges as I work in healthcare and some charges are untimed). It is a timed charged so the insurance company asked if I disagreed with the charge and I said yes. They called the office and left a message. A few days later my insurance company called me back and said the office stated they had already discussed this with me (which they had NOT) and that there is no way they spent only 15 minutes as all new patient visits are 40-60 minutes. In my opinion this is not just poor business practices but lying and fraudulent billing!

    My experience with Lisa and the staff at Enliven has been wonderful. I went in with several different health concerns (weight gain, fatigue, etc) that my traditional doctor just brushed aside as age-related. Lisa ordered comprehensive labs and confirmed what she had suspected was going on with me. She got me started on the appropriate supplements and medications. When Ive had questions about medications, her staff has gotten back to me promptly after touching base with Lisa. I recommend Enliven to everyone!

    When you are dealing with 'the change', aging and weight gain, you are already vulnerable. Your sensitivity level is much higher and you are facing much more than just not feeling yourself. Finding the right advice and treatment plan is so important to getting yourself back. Enliven Health Center has been the perfect solution for me. It's not easy finding NP and staff that treat you with respect and care from the heart. The entire staff has been so wonderful to work with. They listen to all my concerns, ask questions that guided them to identify issues that I was experiencing but didn't think important to share. The staff work so well together, which led to the perfect treatment plan for my situation. I saw results within days and I am feeling so much more myself! Trust is a huge characteristic for me and the entire staff has gained my trust. I 100% feel confident in any diagnosis and know that I can reach out to them if I have concerns or questions. I never feel that I am unintelligent for asking anything! They make me feel like I matter and not that I am wasting their time. I couldn't be more happy! You won't regret making that appointment and sharing your situation with this great team.
