If I could put a zero star, I would. I purchased a bed loft this fall, it came in warped and in terrible condition. I would climb on it (to get into bed) and the front would come off the ground because of how warped it was. To make matters worse, I contacted them wanting a refund and they agreed but never gave me the refund! Total waste of money. Also the safety rail might as well not even be there, It won't stop you from falling off (as I have known several people that have fallen off their loft).

Unhelpful customer service and unwilling to help customers. My bed was supposed to be lofted and they never showed up. ever. Luckily, my dad was able to do it for us. If I relied on Bedloft, my room would be unlivable right now. My friend is in a similar situation at the moment. She's been calling to get her bed lofted for four weeks and they still haven't come. They even get mad at her when she's on the phone with them.

Horrible on the website it says when you captain a bed you can fit a desk underneath, when my sister and her roommate did this NOTHING FIT underneath, the only option was to bunk the beds and save a bit of space but we would have to put in another request when their first request didnt even go through. It was almost 7pm on our move in day that bed loft showed up and left us with no option then to try again the next day.

Bedloft does nothing communicate with you well. I noticed there was payments in my account from this company when I NEVER have signed up for this company before. I emailed them to see what the deal is for them to say we have been giving you someone elses money. They then said thank you for your honestly, but what was the easiest way (venmo or apple pay) to pay them this money back. I then responded and told them I work one job and will not be able to give you ALL the money back at this time, but will be open to a payment plan of some sort. They DID NOT get back to for 24 HOURS and then I wake up to almost $800 taken from my account putting me into a negative balance. I do realize this isnt my money and will 100% pay it back, but they did not respond to me or try to work out some payment plan. I called them after I noticed this money taken from my account, and their response to this was that I told them I wouldnt give them money. My name isnt even Abigail so their team needs to read their information better. Good luck to anyone else that this happens to, I hope they work with you better than they did with me!!!
