    This used to be a decent plan (member since 2005). They are trying to force Medicare people into advantage plans by raising copays and oop to ridiculous amounts. Advantage is not good for many and not accepted by places like Mayo Clinic. Their customers service people don't know what is going on and claims are slow to get paid. They make a mess of claims and you end up on the phone for hours. They brag on customer retention but this 20 year customer will be going elsewhere.

    This health insurance organization is the worst that I've ever come across. My wife and I have multiple criminal, civil and regulatory (governmental) organizations working against them. They routinely refuse to pay ordinary claims for in network doctors claiming that the facility is out of network.....whatever that means. The law enforcement groups looking at their practices need to get on the ball and incarcerate the CEO.

    You are terrible you cancel people back 6 months before they get Medicare. & leave them to pay back to that time also with NO INSURANCE.. YOU TOTAL SUCK YOU DEFFRAUD PEOPLE. BUT YOU ARE IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS SO THAT MAKES IT LEGAL.HOPE U ROTTE IN H E LL

    My husband needs a microdiscetomy. He has a bulging disc on a nerve. They have denied it 3 times. Dr did 2 peer to peer. Says they will not tell him what is needed for approval. He is in constant pain and can hardly walk. They don't care.They lie and don't want to fork out the money for this minimal invasive surgery.So getting a lawyer

    9/29/23 update... the customer service lady was provided me with a not real policy number that my son allegedly had for an other company which was why they were not covering his bills. Called back spoke with a manager she allegedly took care of it. I will call back on Friday and find out if they did take care of it of it or not. They can not be trusted. *********************** They are the hardest insurance to work with. They do not let you speak with benefits coordinators to get the information you need and they repeat the same thing to you over and over again not answering your question. At least the customer service lady was some what nice.
