    I always get a good workout. I have more strength, endurance, and better technique. Jenn is an experienced and versatile trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to make them interesting and beneficial.is tuned into our goals for improvement. Definitely recommend.

Jen and Tiffany are amazing trainers that allows people of all shapes and fitness levels to complete their workout and leave with a great sense of accomplishment and pride. I've gained strength and I feel better than ever! I highly recommend J. Gil Fitness!
