Had a beautiful Dreaming of Spring flower arrangement delivered to my wife for her birthday. Problem was they only lasted a couple of days before starting to droop and wilt. For $125 we expected them to last longer. My wife called them to air her concerns (not knowing what I paid) just in case they might have a problem with their supplier they didnt know about. To Abbotts credit, they refunded the full amount to me ! Kudos to Abbotts Florists. This is how you build a customer base. Will definitely use again. (The arrangement was beautiful while it lasted)

I want to thank Abbott's for creating a beautiful arrangement for my boy's dad, my ex and also a good friend. He was a U of I alumni and the arrangement was perfect. I added my own embellishment as he also loved golf and was a member of the Professional Putter's Associatioin. Thank you!
