Hallie was patient with me as I picked out my flooring. Going thru this process was easy. Randy Ponton & his crew were awesome. They completed installing four rooms, two hallways & closets in two days. Randy even picked up a baseboard when I didnt have enough to complete the job. (I needed to replace my baseboards due to cat damage). This kept me from scrambling around to get a truck for the pickup.
I would recommend Flooring America for the quality, price and workmanship.

Bryan and Mike were great to work with! Bryan searched through many flooring samples to find the best alternatives to meet the requirements for my project. Mike was well organized in the warehouse and made pick my order up quick and easy. I would not hesitate to use them again for my flooring needs!

I visited several flooring stores in the Champaign-Urbana area, but Flooring America in Champaign had the best customer service and best prices for quality materials. Two other local places made me feel like I was pulling teeth to get answers to my questions and gave me quotes for work that wasnt necessary to achieve my desired look. Crisy at Flooring America in Champaign was a great salesperson in that she knew the inventory so well that she could address any questions and concerns on the spot, but she never pushed me to make the sale. I had a particular look that I was trying to achieve. Crisy waited patiently while I made my decision. She always returned my calls or emails in a timely manner, and she never made me feel like my indecision was a bother. The luxury vinyl planks that I ended up choosing at Crisys suggestion are so easy to clean that I can hide the mess of having two pets with minimal effort. Beginning with the measurements, continuing with the quote, and ending with the installation, Flooring America in Champaign was very professional, detailed, and quality-oriented. Randys crew did a great job installing the luxury vinyl plank that I chose to achieve the exact look that I had originally wanted. As a perfectionist myself, Randy impressed me with his work. He paid close attention to ensuring that the darker planks were well distributed with the lighter planks as he installed the flooring throughout the house. Ive had so many compliments on my new flooring, but Crisy and Randy deserve all the thanks.

I would highly recommend Flooring America for all of your flooring installations. They are understanding and very helpful to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan and Hallae. I was having some issues with a general contractor lessening the value of my previous carpet. I took a trip to Flooring America for a second opinion and they were honest and upfront about the current carpet I had and showed me what they believe was a fair comparison in their store. After a detailed explanation and selecting a carpet. They order the carpet and set a date that was convenient for me. The install was great and we are satisfied with the completed project.
I cant say it enough, Flooring America in Champaign is the best place to shop for your carpet replacement installations.
