I called this morning to see about scheduling an appointment as a new patient and when I asked if they were accepting new patients the woman on the phone who I believe was named Zoey asked me "well what insurance do you have first?" When I told her what it it was I said I should've asked first if they took that insurance and she told me "we sure don't."  That was the end of the first call and she never said whether they were full or accepting new patients. No problem there. After speaking to my mother who told me I told the woman on the phone the wrong name for the insurance I went to call back and let them know the correct one this time and to see if they were accepting new patients since it wasn't answered the first time. When the same girl zoey picked up, I said "Hello are you accepting new patients?" I didn't even get the chance to say my name yet and she replied "yeah you called earlier, I spoke to you earlier and told you everyone is full." I was taken back by how rude she was and explained I was calling back to let them know my correct insurance. The woman on the phone was very rude. I don't care that they're full because I would not want to be a patient with a place who employs a woman who thinks it's okay to act like that when someone is calling to get information about seeking the help they need. Very disappointed with the customer service. I do not recommend.
