        update from previous review: Got a screen repair here 5 months ago and then out of nowhere the screen itself just turned black and stopped responding. Took it back to this place and they told me that there was a crack on "the inside of the screen" that you couldnt see on the outside of the screen but just to trust them its there and to give them $100+ for a new screen. Took my phone to t-mobile they told me they've seen this problem before and fixed the phone for me for free on the spot even showed me how to use a simple fix it incase it happens again. Worst part was how t-mobile said the screen physically was fine and told me there was no need to replace the screen itself. Seriously advice you get another opinion before using this place's services its clear they tried to upsell me on a $100+ service when some random t mobile worker fixed it for me for free!

      Hello,We are once again sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Like we mentioned on the previous review you had left we inspected the the screen and discovered damage to the LCD layer of the phone. The screen was intact but that is likely due to the heavily damaged screen protector that was installed on the device when you came back in. We did attempt soft resets with you upfront and we even tried reseating the cables on that display. There's no doubt that it did in fact need a new display. We did everything within our capabilities to test the hardware and make a fair judgement. Our warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage. your initial call did state it was dropped and it was clear that it was dropped when you came in. We still attempted to bring the screen back to life but unfortunately it was not possible. I do hope you understand and consider giving us a shot in the near future.Thanks,The Fyxit Team
