We had a horrible experience with this company. I signed a contract with this company for my business and was told that they would start cleaning a couple weeks later. Nobody ever showed up to clean. When I called in I was routed to Annburr in Phoenix due to local management being off on medical leave. She assured me someone had been in to clean until I sent her pictures of our very dirty office. The person they sent in to clean had actually not even entered the building but logged hours cleaning. Annburr apologized and stated she would have a supervisor get our cleaning done the next Friday and would not bill us. Two or three more Fridays went by and nobody ever came to clean. Annburr had several excuses but assured me she was coming in from phoenix and would do the cleaning herself free of charge that weekend. This never happened either. After this I was told they didnt actually have anyone to take care of our account and she wasnt sure why they took us on in the first place. I asked for our keys back and she assured me someone from Champaign would bring them to me by the end of the week. The keys still havent arrived over a month later. When I reached out to ask where the keys to our building are she wouldnt answer my calls but text me stating she sent them certified mail. Its been a month and Im still waiting and shes not returning calls. I finally drove to their facility in Champaign to find the doors locked and called the owner who is now searching for our keys Horrible experience and waste of time I dont have!
