American Eagle Store

Their e-shop sucks and so does their customer service. Their collaborator in town for delivering orders delivered the item outside my building (according to the photo they sent me) so someone probably stole it. The same carrier, chosen by AE probably because its cheaper, lost my previous order as well because they placed it in a different location. AE says they cannot refund nor resend it in this case. While I do understand the responsibility is mostly on the carrier , who is not responding to my messages, a simple Google search on the carrier speaks volumes about their bad business and thus AEs bad business who keeps collaborating with them for some of the orders in my town (not all some are delivered with USPS too). So, essentially I lost my money.

Camila was amazing and treated me like a princess right when I walked into the door, Ive never been there and felt too old to be shopping there and she built my confidence and found the perfect jeans that looked great on me!!!

Alexis S. was SO much help!!! She was very welcoming as soon as we walked into the store and honored a discount for me I didnt receive from aerie after signing up for the card. She was SUPER polite and helpful to both i and my nana. Thank you so much, Alexis!

Camilla was very helpful in locating my size for work pants. Didnt even ask but she came with several different styles in my size! Above & beyond helpful :)
